Dr. Andrea Yowpa

Dr. Andrea Yowpa is a 2004 graduate of Ross University, St. Kitts. She completed her clinical training year at Cornell University. Dr. Yowpa has been with the practice since 2004.

Dr. Yowpa's professional interests include preventative care and soft tissue surgery.

Dr. Yowpa has a dog named "Amelia," two cats "Midnight" and "Amadala." She is married to husband, John and enjoys sports and reading.

Christopher Brown, DVM

Dr. Christopher Brown is a 2001 graduate of the University of Tennessee and a 2005 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Brown's interests include Ice Hockey, Skiing, Golf, and Movies.

Dr. Brown has 4 dogs "Emma, Casey, Grunt and Jeanie", 2 tortoises, and 7 cats "Crush, Hooper, Pixie, Georgia, Blue, Millie, and Dollie"

Heather Boyanich

Heather Boyanich is a 2005 graduate of Medaille College with a dual Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology and Science. She has been with the practice since July of 2005 as a New York State Licensed Technician, and worked as kennel assistant while completing school.

Heather's professional interests include critical care and surgery, parasitology, radiology and laboratory procedures.

Other interests include hiking, travel, camping and music. Heather's pets include her two Beta fish "Typhus" and "Biota".

Sharon Kobel, BS LVT

Sharon Kobel is a graduate of Medaille College and is certified in Dentistry and Animal Behavior.

Sharon's pets include 2 dogs "Dylan and Rose" and 2 cats "Oliver and Marisa"

Karen Georgal, LVT Office Manager and Technician

Karen Georgal is a 1986 graduate of NCCC and a 1989 graduate of Medaille College with an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. Karen started with the practice in 1985 as a veterinary assistant and receptionist and became a licensed Veterinary Technician in 1989.

Karen's professional interests include surgery, dentistry, and animal behavior.

Karen is married and has two children. She enjoys horseback riding and camping. She has horses, chickens, a pit bull terrier named Raven and two cats named Reggie and China.
